DIN ISO 15488 • for application without sealing washer • concentricity < 6 µm • for high-performance tools with internal cooling e.g. HR 500 reamers • clamping force tester for SK/BT/CAT clamping systems in machine tool spindles • metallic sealing up to coolant pressure of 300 bar • ER-DM collets with restricted clamping range • The tool must be clamped at least flush or deeper in the collet. A minimum clamping length of 2/3, as for standard collets, is not possible otherwise there would be no seal.
